Balance, Strength & Flexibility
Yoga and Pilates
Commencing with a relaxing tai chi flow, this class then moves seamlessly into a standing strength and balance yoga section. We then move to the floor for a challenging Pilates core workout and finally finish with a relaxing deep yoga stretch.
Great for all levels, this class will strengthen, lengthen and help prevent and overcome injury, all to a beautiful soundtrack.
Fighting Fit
A high octane, cardio blast of a class which is guaranteed to get you sweating whilst releasing all of that Monday stress. Suitable for the more energetic, shadow boxing to an up-tempo soundtrack will have you buzzing!
Strength & Tone
This fun & varied class offers a full body workout alongside some great music to sing along to! Suitable for all levels – train with a weight that works for you. Please bring your own hand weights if you have them.

With over 25 years experience working in the health and fitness industry, I have trained hundreds of clients, helping them reach their health and fitness goals. Let me personalise a fitness and dietary programme specific to you and support you closely along the way
I recommend that training starts with at least one session per week for the first ten weeks to kick start your motivation, building healthy and productive habits which you can hopefully maintain once the initial training period has ended.
